i <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Minutes—Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Wednesday, January 24, 2001 <br /> i <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 24, <br /> 2001, at 7:30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members present were Chairman <br /> Edward M. Govoni, Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Clerk Robert G.Nelson and I <br /> Associate Members Richard T. Guerrera, Zella E.Elizenberry, Frederick R.Borgeson <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. Building Commissioner Russell W. Wheeler also attended the <br /> meeting. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> David A.Nailor—Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174.25.G.5 and 174-25.G.6 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to construct a commercial building for the purpose <br /> of manufacturing, assembly and wholesale business on property located in an I-1 zoning <br /> district at 67 Industrial Drive (Map 88 Block 25)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G.Nelson. <br /> Mr.Nailor represented his Petition and stated that plans call for relocation of his sheet <br /> metal and air-conditioning business with the proposed construction in the industrial park <br /> of a 7500-square foot commercial building with a shop, storage and office areas. The <br /> Design Review Committee has approved the project, subject to posting of a Landscape <br /> and Performance Security. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to posting of a$10,000 Landscape <br /> and Performance Security. Mr.Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Michael &Pamela M. Piersiak—Request a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of <br /> the Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish an existing structure and construct a <br /> single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 19 Wilson's Grove <br /> (Map 118 Block 96)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Michael & Pamela M. Piersiak—Request a Variance from Sections 174-21'and 174-31 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot coverage requirements,the frontage <br /> requirements and the rear and side setback requirements to allow for construction-of a <br /> single-family home on a non-conforming lot on property located in an R-3 zoning district <br /> at 19 Wilson's Grove(Map 118 Block 96)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G.Nelson and Marshall A.
