Board Members <br /> present were Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Associate Members Richard T. j <br /> Guerrera, Zella E. Elizenberry and Frederick R. Borgeson. Building Commissioner j <br /> Russell W. Wheeler also attended the meeting. Board Members absent were Chairman <br /> Edward M. Govoni, Clerk Robert G.Nelson and Associate Member Marshall A. Continued from January 10, 2001 Public <br /> Hearings to allow Petitioner an opportunity to receive Conservation Commission <br /> approval. <br /> j I <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Richard T. Borgeson. <br /> Mr. Michael Grotzke of The Phoenix Group represented the Petition and stated that plans <br /> call for demolition of the existing structure and construction of a new single-family home <br /> in a subdivision that was approved in 1961. Proposed lot coverage would be 24%. <br /> No variance from the setback requirements is being requested. The Conservation <br /> Commission has requested that the Petitioner maintain the 50' setback requirement from <br /> water and wetlands. The Conservation Commission has scheduled to hear the Petition on <br /> February 15, 2001. j <br /> I, <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to continue the Petition until February 28, 2001 to allow for <br /> Conservation Commission approval.
