The Zoning Board of Appeals granted a Special Permit and a Variance to <br /> allow for construction of a pier, ramp and float on the subject property in 1993,Variance, <br /> V-93-46. <br /> The Conservation Commissionrhas approved the proposal. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1 through 6. Mr. <br /> Guerrera seconded. All agreed. <br /> Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant a Variance of 20 feet, subject to findings 1, 2, 4. Mr. <br /> Borgeson seconded. Elizenberry. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Ernest Virgilio represented the Petition and stated that the ZBA granted a Variance to <br /> allow for construction of a single-family home on the subject property in 1996. The <br /> Variance, V-96-43, has expired and the Petitioner is requesting a Variance to allow for <br /> construction on the subject property. j <br /> 'I <br /> The Board of Health approved the installation of a fast denitrification system in 1998. <br /> �I <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Guerrera moved to grant a Variance of 8 feet from the front setback requirements, <br /> subject to same findings as Variance,V-96-43,the 8-foot sloping topography and <br /> findings 3, 4.
