Owner of record: Douglas R. Crosby, Trustee. Sitting: James E. Regan III, Frederick R. Borgeson and Zella E. Elizenberry. j I� Mr. John Johansen represented the Petitions and stated that a Chapter 91 license was j issued in 1993. The Zoning Board of Appeals granted a Special Permit and a Variance to allow for construction of a pier, ramp and float on the subject property in 1993,Variance, V-93-46. The Conservation Commissionrhas approved the proposal. No comments were received from abutters. Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant the Special Permit, subject to findings 1 through 6. Mr. Guerrera seconded. All agreed. Ms. Elizenberry moved to grant a Variance of 20 feet, subject to findings 1, 2, 4. Mr. Borgeson seconded. All agreed. i Monogram Properties, Inc. —Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the front setback requirements to allow for construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 23 Spoondrift Way(Map 111 Block 133) Mashpee, MA. Sitting: James E. Regan III, Richard T. Guerrera and Zella E. Elizenberry. I Mr. Ernest Virgilio represented the Petition and stated that the ZBA granted a Variance to allow for construction of a single-family home on the subject property in 1996. The Variance, V-96-43, has expired and the Petitioner is requesting a Variance to allow for construction on the subject property. j 'I The Board of Health approved the installation of a fast denitrification system in 1998. �I No comments were received from abutters. Mr. Guerrera moved to grant a Variance of 8 feet from the front setback requirements, subject to same findings as Variance,V-96-43,the 8-foot sloping topography and findings 3, 4. Ms. Elizenberry seconded. All agreed.
