Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 26 and <br /> February 2, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 14, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Richard T. <br /> Guerrera and Zella E. Elizenberry. j <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> r <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr.Ernest Virgilio represented the Petition and stated that the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals granted a Variance in 1996 to allow for construction of a single-family home on <br /> the subject property. The Variance,V-96-43,has expired and the Petitioner is seeking <br /> the Variance relief in order to start construction of the proposed home. <br /> The Board of Health approved the installation of a fast denitrification system in <br /> 1998. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
