Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> I <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 26 and <br /> February 2, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 14, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III,Richard T. <br /> Guerrera and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> I ; <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Michael Hersey represented the Petition. Mr. Jack Cronin, one of the trustees <br /> of the CSC Group Nominee Trust, also attended the meeting. <br /> II <br /> Mr. Hersey submitted a copy of the Cape Cod Commission Lowell Road <br /> Subdivision DRI Decision. The Five Certificates of Compliance in the Cape Cod <br /> Commission Decision are listed below: <br /> 1St Certificate: provide Traffic trip-reduction contribution: $113,919. <br /> 2nd Certificate: provide one-half of the Affordable Housing contribution: <br /> $120,000. <br /> 3rd Certificate: provide approximately two thirds of the Water Resources <br /> Nitrogen loading contribution: $214,975. <br /> 4d'Certificate: provide the second half of the Affordable Housing <br /> contribution: $120,000. <br /> 5d'Certificate: provide the second portion of the nitrogen loading <br /> contribution: $106,000. <br />
