Mr. Guerrera seconded. All �I <br /> agreed. <br /> Chapter 40B - A legal seminar on Chapter 40B, The Affordable Housing Law is II <br /> scheduled for March 20, 2001 at 6:30 P.M., Mashpee Town Hall. Mr. Wheeler said that <br /> he would get copies of pertinent and up-to-date information that the ZBA secretary can li <br /> mail to the Board members. <br /> School Buses—Mr. Wheeler indicated that First Student is contemplating asking for <br /> permission to park its 15 school buses on Echo Road. He said that he is conducting <br /> research to ensure that parking of school buses is an allowable use in that area. <br /> Mr.Regan expressed his concern with large rigs using the area across from the Dunkin' <br /> Donuts on Route 130 as a turn-off and parking there. <br /> After reviewingtheoriginal Special Permit the Board discovered that some g p � e of the li <br /> conditions of the original Special Permit include the following: <br /> • Dunkin' Donuts shall install "No Parking" signs on Route 130 per the <br /> approval of DPW Director, R. Gregory Taylor. <br /> • Dunkin' Donuts shall make a contribution of$5,000 towards the cost of study <br /> or redesign of the intersection of Great Neck Road and Route 130. <br /> Mr. Regan reopened the Request for Release of the Security and moved to rescind the <br /> earlier decision to release it. Mr. Regan moved to Deny the Request for Release of the <br /> Security. Mr. Borgeson seconded.
