Borgeson. <br /> Attorney Tom Souza of Carter&Associates stated that the Petitioner is seeking an <br /> amendment to the original Variances in order to correct a surveying error. He said that <br /> one of the boundary lines increased the square footage of one of the subject lots and <br /> decreased the square footage on the other. No changes other than the dimensions are <br /> being made to the original Petitions. j <br /> Attorney Carter confirmed that part of the subject land is in Land Court because the <br /> original four lots were combined into three lots. The Land Court required a plan with <br /> boundaries to conform to the registered plan; therefore,the need for the corrections. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. l <br /> Mr. Borgeson moved to Amend Variance, V-00-25, and to grant a Variance of 38,742 <br /> square feet on the property located at 209 Ashers Path West. Mr. Guerrera seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br />
