Bacon—Request a Variance from Section 174-33 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws to vary the setback requirements to water and wetlands to allow for <br /> construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 56 <br /> Waterway(Map 105 Block 210) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Richard T. Guerrera and Frederick R. Borgeson. <br /> Mr. Grotzke of the Phoenix Group requested a Withdrawal of the above-referenced <br /> Petition. The subject property pre-dates zoning and the Petitioner does not need ZBA <br /> approval for the Variance. The Conservation Commission has jurisdiction over this <br /> particular proposal. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to accept the request for withdrawal. Mr. Borgeson seconded.
