TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Minutes—Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Wednesday,March 28, 2001 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, <br /> March 28, 2001, at 7:30 P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members <br /> present were Vice Chairman James E. Regan III and Associate Members Richard <br /> T. Guerrera, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. Building Commissioner <br /> Russell W. Wheeler also attended the meeting. Chairman Edward M. Govoni, Clerk <br /> Robert G. Nelson and Associate Member Zella E. Elizenberry were not present. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> II <br /> Daniel J. Bohnenberger -Requests a Modification to a Special Permit, SP-00-194, <br /> to allow for construction of a garage to an existing dwelling on property located in <br /> an R-3 zoning district at 43 Riverside Road(Map 119 Block 75)Mashpee, MA. <br /> T. <br /> Sitting: Guerrera Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> g � g <br /> Mr. Daniel Bohnenber er represented his Petition on and stated that original plans called <br /> , <br /> ucti <br /> for construction o of a 24x26-foot garage. Mr. Bohnen er <br /> ger is requesting permission to <br /> enlarge the proposed garage to 26x26 feet. The Board recently granted a Variance and a <br /> Special Permit to allow for construction of a single-family home with a garage on the <br /> subject property. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> � I <br /> Mr. Brem moved to grant the Modification to allow for construction of a 26x26-foot j <br /> garage on the subject property, subject to same findings as Special Permit, SP-00-194. <br /> Mr. Borgeson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Chilton Development Company Inc.—Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot coverage requirements to allow <br /> for construction of a single-family home on property located in an R-3 zoning district <br /> at 138 Waterway(Map 105 Block 234) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Sitting: James E. Regan III, Frederick R. Borgeson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> Mr.Michael Grotzke of the Phoenix Group represented the Petition. On February 28, <br /> 2001,the Board granted a Special Permit to allow for demolition of an existing dwelling <br /> on the subject property. The Petitioner is now requesting a Variance from the lot <br /> coverage requirements to allow for construction of a single-family home on the property. <br /> I <br /> The Conservation Commission has issued an Order of Conditions for the subject <br /> property. <br />
