Bohnenberger SP-01-33 43 Riverside Road <br /> Map 119 Block 75 <br /> A Petition was filed on March 7, 2001 by Daniel J. Bohnenberger of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Modification to a Special Permit, SP-00-194,to <br /> allow for construction of a garage to an existing dwelling on property located in <br /> an R-3 zoning district at 43 Riverside Road(Map 119 Block 75)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 9 and March 16, <br /> 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall all on <br /> Wednesday, March 28, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Richard T. Guerrera,Frederick R. <br /> Bg <br /> or eson <br /> and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Daniel Bohnenberger represented his Petition and stated that original plans j <br /> called for construction of a 24x26-foot garage. Mr. Bohnenberger is requesting <br /> permission to construct a 26x26-foot garage. The Board recently granted a Special <br /> Permit for permission to demolish an existing home and a Variance for permission to <br /> construct a single-family home with a garage on the subject property. The Petitioner is <br /> not requesting any other Modifications to the Special Permit. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> i. <br />
