Mashpee Zoning Minutes—April 25, 2001 5 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Mr. Brem strongly urged the Board to delay hearing the current Petition for a Variance <br /> on 23 Jeep Place until such time as the owner of the property is conformance with the <br /> By-laws and resolves the building violations. I <br /> � I <br /> Mr. Brem also mentioned the Gorstein Appeal of the Building Commissioner's Decision j <br /> to issue a Building Permit for 133 Tide run. He suggested that the Board delay hearing <br /> that Petition until the Gorsteins have resolved their violations of the By-laws. <br /> Ms.Elizenberry agreed with Mr. Brem's suggestion and said that once the Board is aware <br /> of violations, it should have the choice to delay hearing any Petition requests until the <br /> Petitioner has resolved By-law/building violations. <br /> NUNUTES <br /> Accept Minutes of April 11, 2001. <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to accept the Minutes of April 11, 2001.
