Locarno, Trustee of Locarno <br /> Family Residence Trust of Boston,Massachusetts, for a Special Permit under Section �. <br /> 174-25.A.8 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for conversion of an existing dwelling to <br /> accommodate not more than two families on property located in an R-3 zoning district at l <br /> 51 Waterline Drive South(Map 120 Block 145)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> I <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 20 and <br /> ; <br /> April 27, 2001, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> ; <br /> Wednesday, May 9, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Richard T. Guerrera <br /> and Zella E. Elizenberry. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Locarno failed to attend the meeting and failed to submit plans or photos to <br /> the Zoning Board of Appeals for public record. Mr. Locarno sent a letter to the Board <br /> stating: "Our home was built to be a single family home and that is its current use. We <br /> do not want it to be considered a 2 family home" and that"we have only filed this request <br /> as the Building Department advised us to file it". <br />
