Owner of record: Patricia Crosby. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 25 and June 1, 2001, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 13, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin M. Kirrane represented the Petitioner,Mr. Brett Field, owner of <br /> the company that proposes to establish a landscape/contractor's business on the subject <br /> property. Mr. Field also attended the meeting. <br /> Attorney Kirrane stated that the project would consist of a 5,400 square-foot ' <br /> building on the 60,000 square-foot lot. The proposal conforms to the land space, frontage <br /> and setback requirements and does not require any Variances from the Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kirrane said that the Petitioner plans to house his business in one of the <br /> three units and utilize the other two units for rental purposes. Attorney Kirrane referred <br /> to the extensive landscaping plans. <br /> The Petitioner intends to store items such as, but not limited to,nursery stock, <br /> loam,mulch and stone in an outdoor storage area located in the rear of the building. The <br /> building would be composed of an office along with inside storage for some equipment <br /> and machinery. <br />
