Webster V-01-64 409 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Map 124 Block 62 <br /> A Petition was filed on May 8, 2001 by Robert I. Webster of Westwood, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the setback requirements from water and wetlands to allow for the construction of <br /> an addition to an existing home on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 409 <br /> Monomoscoy Road(Map 124 Block 62)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May 25 and June 1, 2001, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 13, 2001, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout:Edward M. Govoni,Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Marshall A. Brem. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape& Islands Engineering represented the Petition and <br /> stated that the Variance granted by the Board on the subject property in Decision V-00-18 rK <br /> on January 26, 2000 has expired. He stated that there are no changes to the proposed <br /> addition to the existing dwelling on the property. Mr. Webster also attended the meeting. <br /> The Conservation Commission and the Board of Health have approved the <br /> project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. "�`! <br />
