Board Members present <br /> " were Chairman Edward M. Govoni, Clerk Robert G. Nelson and Associate Members <br /> Zella E. Elizenberry, and Marshall A. Brem. Building Commissioner Russell W. <br /> Wheeler also attended the meeting. Vice Chairman James E. Regan III and Associate <br /> " <br /> Members Frederick R. Borgeson and Richard T. Guerrera were not present. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Jonathan H. Leach, V.M.D. —Requests a Special Permit under Section <br /> ,<< 174-25.E.7 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to conduct a Veterinary establishment on properties <br /> located in a C-2 zoning district at 482 Main Street (Map 27 Block 122) Mashpee, MA. <br /> i5 <br /> Jonathan H. Leach, V.M.D. —Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the frontage and setback requirements to allow for the <br /> IS <br /> construction of a Veterinary establishment on properties located in a C-2 zoning district <br /> at 482 Main Street (Map 27 Block 122) Mashpee, MA. <br /> x <br /> The Petitioners attorney requested a continuance of the above-referenced Petitions to <br /> allow for re-advertising in the Mashpee Enterprise and re-notification to the abutters that <br /> the property lies in the Groundwater Protection District. The ZBA will also notify the <br /> appropriate town boards. <br /> aMr. Govoni moved to continue the Petitions until August 8, 2001. Mr. Robert G. Nelson <br /> seconded. Crowe—Requests a Variance from Sections 174-26.B.1, 174-31 and 174-32 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the Building permit limits, to vary the land <br /> space, frontage and setback requirements to allow for construction of a single-family <br /> home on an unpaved road on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 32 Popponesset <br /> 4 Avenue (Map 70 Block 88) Mashpee, MA. <br /> The board received a fax from the Petitioner requesting a continuance of his Petition to <br /> k <br /> allow for Conservation Commission approval. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to continue the Petition until August 8, 2001.
