Board Members present were Chairman
Edward M. Govoni, Vice Chairman James E. Regan III, Clerk Robert G. Nelson and
Associate Members Richard T. Guerrera, Zella E. Elizenberry, Marshall A. Brem and
Frederick R. Borgeson. Building Commissioner Russell W. Wheeler also attended the
meeting.
INFORMAL HEARING
r
The Board received a request from Mrs. Lazarovich for an informal hearing to discuss the I
possibility of separating two abutting lots that she owns on Pond View and Shorewood j
Drive. She informed the Board that the lot line has been deleted from the Assessing map,
however, she is not sure whether or not the Town considers the two lots as one combined
lot. Mrs. Lararovich said that she has been receiving two different tax bills for each of
the lots. She also said that there is one garage on one of the lots. Ms. Janet Hubbard ilk
attended the meeting with her mother, Mrs. Lazarovich,
I
The Board told Mrs. Lazarovich to get an engineered plan of the subject lots and to file
for a Petition for a Variance from the ZBA. They also suggested that she should contact
 i
some of her neighbors and inform them of her intention to have the subject lots deemed
separate and buildable. d
PUBLIC HEARINGS
Joyce & Steven Hynds—Request a Special Permit under Section 174-25.A.8 of the
Zoning By-laws to allow for demolition of an existing dwelling and construction of
a new home with an in-law apartment on property located in an R-3 zoning district at j
333 Monomoscoy Road (Map 120 Parcel 28) Mashpee, MA.
Sitting: Edward M. Govoni, James E. Regan III and Robert G. Nelson.
Mr. and Mrs. Hynds represented the Petition. Mr. Hynds stated that plans call for
addition of a kitchen inside the existing garage. A proposed extension of the rooflm
e
would connect the addition to the house. Mr. Hynds said that the Conservation
Commission is requiring the installation of a denitrification septic system.
Mr. Brem visited the site and said that there is plenty of land for theproposal and that the
proposal would enhance the area.
I
I
;I I
l
I
it
j
i II i
I
