Thomas Ferrante V -99-51A 71 Timberlane Drive <br />Map 22 Block 26 <br />A Petition was filed on May 27, 1999 by C. Thomas Ferrante of Arlington, <br />Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-20 and 174-33 of the Zoning <br />By-laws for permission to demolish an existing structure and construct a new <br />three-bedroom home on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 71 Timberlane <br />Drive (Map 22 Block 2.6) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: C. Thomas Ferrante and <br />Iva Milch). <br />Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br />Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 4 and June 11, 1999, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />After being continued from June 23 and July 14, 1999, a Public Hearing was held <br />on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, September 8, 1999. The <br />following members of the Zoning Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br />Robert G. Nelson, Zella E. Elizenberry and Richard T. Guerrera. <br />This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br />provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br />Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />Mr. Ed Pesce represented the applicant and stated that the applicant plans to <br />demolish the existing structure and replace it with a modern single-family home. A new <br />denitrification septic system will be installed. The Conservation Commission and the <br />Board of Health have approved the project. <br />No comments were received from abutters. <br />
