V-98-23 22 Falmouth Road <br /> Map 55 Block 8 <br /> A Petition was filed on February 17, 1998 Merry Meadow Enterprises Inc. for a <br /> Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot size <br /> and frontage requirements on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 22 Falmouth <br /> Road(Map 55 Block 8) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on March 25, 1998 to grant a variance of 12 feet to allow for a sideline <br /> variance of 8 feet on the Northeast side. The Variance is conditioned upon compliance <br /> with Plan 1117997 by Cape &Islands Engineering. <br /> On October 13, 1999, Merry Meadow Enterprises, Inc. filed a Petition for a Minor <br /> Modification to the above-referenced Variance. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on October 13, 1999 to grant the Minor Modification to the Variance <br /> V-98-23. The Minor Modification encompasses the following revisions: <br /> 1. extend left side of building(cooler) four feet further toward front of building. <br /> a. pour 3-foot footing and pad for cooler space. <br /> 2. relocate front door to center of building. <br /> a. install a 7-foot x 8-foot handicap ramp for front door entrance. <br /> 3. move window on left side of building to area of relocated door. <br /> a. retrim new door and windows. <br /> 4. refinish front of building with T-11 and paint to match existing color of <br /> building. <br /> a. refinish front of cooler with T-11 and paint to match existing color of <br /> building. <br /> 5. install three ramps for handicap access inside of building. <br /> 6. add mansard roof to cooler storage. <br /> 7. no structural change proposed for inside of building.. / <br /> IN FAVOR: <br /> RoaG. _*� <br /> IN FAVOR: <br /> Edward M.
