Guerrera. <br /> Mr. Casal represented his application and stated that he is requesting a Variance from the <br /> side and rear setback requirements. Trees <br /> and other growth will shield the shed. Mr. Casal stated that the shed would be ; a.. .. <br /> unobtrusive and compatible with other sheds in the area. He informed the Board that the <br /> shed would be used to store gardening tools.
