Over 1,000 parking spaces will be provided. <br /> Mr. Hauck suggested that the applicant return to the Board with a presentation of <br /> the on-going landscaping details. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS <br /> 1. the subject property is located at 38 Nathan Ellis Highway and consists of <br /> over 40 acres. <br /> SPECIFIC FINDINGS ' <br /> 1. that the proposed use and development are consistent with applicable law, <br /> rules and regulations. <br /> 2. that there will be no adverse effect on public health or safety. <br /> 3. that there will not be an excessive demand upon community facilities created <br /> as a result of the proposal. <br /> 4. that there will not be a significant adverse impact on the environmental factors <br /> listed in Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on December <br /> 8, 1999 to remove the word"Minor" and to grant the Modification to an existing Special <br /> Permit to allow for construction of a single-story addition totaling 3,820 square feet to <br /> Building 15. The Modification to the Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance <br /> with plan entitled"Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership, Building 15, Site Layout <br /> and Grading Plan, C-1,November 23, 1999, Project No. 3090037, Dufresne-Henry <br /> Consulting Engineers." <br />
