It was also decided that the Special Permit would be condition <br /> ed upon the <br /> tenant appearing before the ZBA with a definition of the use of the space. <br /> 'F <br /> Mr. Schultz of old Brickyard Road expressed concerns about the increased traffic. <br /> He <br /> said that it is difficult to take a left onto Route 151 from that area.
