He asked if landscaping <br /> p g <br /> would hinder visibility. Mr. Berish and his son said that lour-lying planting would be <br /> installed. <br /> g <br /> Mr. Shute " <br /> questioned the proposed location of the dumpsters and reviewed the plans. <br /> Mr. Hauck said that the Design Review Committee has required the dumpsters <br /> q p rs to be <br /> i <br /> totally fenced n with big gates. He also referred to the plan that shows the <br /> p proposed <br /> installation of a 7-foot high fence. Mr. Berish said that 7-foot hig <br /> h fences are not <br /> manufactured and requested a modification of the plan with ermission to install <br /> p p an <br /> 8-foot high fence. <br /> Mr. Shute asked if the dumpsters could be relocated. Mr. Berish said that the locatio <br /> n of <br /> the dumpsters depends on the type of dump truck that will be used. Mr. Shute ex <br /> pressed <br /> concern with the location of the dumpsters posing a safety roblem. <br /> p � <br /> Mr. Berish assured the Board and the neighbors that the roe would be c. property rty leaned and <br /> maintained. <br /> Mr. Guerrera moved to grant the Special Permit for permission to add a bank deleting p � g � <br /> the word"doughnut shop", with the following conditions and modifications: ` <br /> ■ that an eight-foot high fence shall be installed. <br /> • that the dumpsters on the property shall be enclosed with a fence with gates. <br /> . <br /> • that if the drive-through window is used for retail use,the window shall be <br /> used as incidental to the business that would occupythat retails ace. <br /> p <br /> • criteria/findings 1, 3, 4. <br /> Mr.Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> William M. & Geraldine H. McCormack—Request a Modification of a Variance <br /> (V-99-117)to allow for additions to property located in an R-3 zoning district at " <br /> 77 Tide Run(Map 120 Block 190)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Y <br /> The Board received a letter dated November 30, 1999 from the Phoenix Group on behalf <br /> of the applicants requesting a withdrawal without prejudice of the Petition for a Variance <br /> V-99-117. The Building Commissioner has determined that the proposed changes do not <br /> p ar g <br /> alter the previously approved footprint and the proposed changes are within the <br /> previously approved Variances. <br /> f <br /> { <br /> Mr.Nelson moved togrant the request to withdraw without prejudice the Petition <br /> for a <br /> Variance, V-99-117. Mr. B orgeson seconded. All agreed. <br /> TES <br /> Mr.Nelson moved to accept the Minutes of November 10, 1999 and the Minutes of <br /> November 17, 1999. Mr. Borgeson seconded.
