Regan III <br /> stepped down and left the room. g <br /> jj <br /> The Zoning Board of Appeals received a letter on Sep <br /> tember 14, 1999 from Taylor ` <br /> Design Associates, Inc. on behalf of the applicants. A <br /> pp request was made for a <br /> continuance of the applicants' hearing until October 13 1999 to al <br /> low flow for the <br /> advertising for a request for a Variance from the lot cove 'rage requirements. <br /> On September 22, 1999, the Board voted to continue the Ik <br /> hearing until October 13, 1999. <br /> The applicant submitted another request for a continuance <br /> q of the hearing until November <br /> 17, 1999 to allow for Conservation approval and the Board vo <br /> ted ated to continue the hearing ;. <br /> until November 17, 1999. <br /> The Board received a letter dated November 9, 1999 from Nor <br /> man W. Hayes, FE S, on ; I <br /> behalf of the applicants requesting a continuance of the hearing 'until December 8, 1999. � <br /> The applicants are scheduled to appear before the Conservation Commission an <br /> November 18, 1999. The Board voted to continue the hearing until December 8., 1999 to <br /> allow the applicants an opportunity to obtain Conservation Commission' <br /> approval. <br /> On December 8, 1999, Mr. Norman Hayes of the B S C Grouprepresented <br /> p the applicants , , <br /> and stated that the Conservation Commission has heard this petition at four <br /> p different <br /> meetings. He said that the revised engineering plan was not submitted within the <br /> five-day minimum requirement and the Conservation Commission has continued 'med the <br /> petition until December 16, 1999. Mr. Hayes indicated that the Conservation <br /> Commission would approve the proposal. The Millers plan to construct a 22 x 28-foot <br /> garage with overhead livingspace that conforms to the state <br /> p building code. �� <br />
