Board of Appeals Mashpee Industrial Park TR. - Telecommunications Tower 4. <br /> 3. The Mashpee Industrial Park Trust shall, prior to construction, provide a statement <br /> listing the existing and maximum future projected measurements of RFR from the <br /> Facility, for the following situations: <br /> • Existing or ambient: the measurements of existing RFR. <br /> • Existing plus proposed personal wireless service facilities: maximum <br /> estimate of RFR from the Facility plus the existing RFR environment. <br /> • Certification, signed by a RF engineer, stating that RFR measurements <br /> are accurate and meet FCC Guidelines, <br /> 4. The Mashpee Industrial Park Trust shall prior to construction list the location, type <br /> and amount (including trace elements) of any material proposed for use within the <br /> Facility that are considered hazardous by the federal, state or local government. <br /> 5. A Modification to the Special Permit will be required when: <br /> • the Mashpee Industrial Park Trust wants to alter the terms of the <br /> Special Permit by changing the Facility in one or more of the following <br /> ways: <br /> (a.) Change in the maximum number of uses permitted on the site; <br /> (b.) Change in technology used for the Facility,which would <br /> substantially impact any of the resources listed in Section 174-24 of <br /> the Mashpee Zoning Bylaws; and, <br /> (c.)the Mashpee Industrial Park Trust wants to add any equipment <br /> or additional height not specified in this decision. <br /> • the Mashpee Industrial Park Trust shall report to the Board of Appeals <br /> any change in technolgy described above. <br /> 6. After the Facility is operational, the Mashpee Industrial Park Trust shall submit, <br /> within 90 days of beginning operations, and at three (3) year intervals from the <br /> date of issuance of the Special Permit, existing measurements of RFR from the <br /> Facility. Such measurements shall be signed and certified by a RF specialist, <br /> stating that RFR measurements are accurate and meet FCC Guidelines. <br /> 7. After the Facility is operational, the Mashpee Industrial Park Trust shall submit, <br /> within 90 days of the issuance of the Special Permit, and at three (3)year intervals <br /> from the date of issuance of the Special Permit, existing measurements of noise <br /> from the Facility. <br />
