Carroll - V-98-19 12 Squaw's Lane <br /> Map 117, Block 82 <br /> A Petition was filed on December 23, 1998 by Karen R. Carroll of Natick, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to vary the lot coverage requirements to allow for 25.4% coverage on property located in <br /> an R-3 zoning district at 12 Squaw's Lane (Map 117, Block 82)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on January 23 and January 30, 1998, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 11, 1998 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Michael A. <br /> Makunas and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and presented plans for the <br /> expansion of a single family home with a family room. He explained that the house will <br /> remain a three-bedroom home and that the addition will be elevated to meet the flood <br /> zone requirements. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
