(�'ti'�� •OM1 J' <br /> J _ Town of Mashpee <br />»( .' 16 GreatJVeck 4(oad dVorth <br /> \Ry�A w Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> RE: Todd Sullivan - SP-98-24 66 Redbrook Road <br /> Map 110 Block 58A <br /> A Petition was filed on February 17, 1998 by Todd Sullivan of Canton, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 and 174-20 for permission to <br /> demolish an existing house, cottage, shed and craft shop and replace them with a house <br /> and cottage on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 66 Redbrook Road (Map 110, <br /> Block 58A)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 6 and March 13, 1998, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 25, 1998 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Michael A. Makunas. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Todd Sullivan and Engineer John Slavinsky represented his application and <br /> reviewed plans for a year-round home and a rental cottage. The Board determined that <br /> the property had not been used since 1991 and asked the applicant to prove that the use of <br /> the property had not been abandoned. <br />
