Litvack - V-98-30 11 Taffrail Way <br /> Map 106 Block 7 <br /> A Petition was filed on February 3, 1998 by Kenneth E. Litvack of Boca Raton, <br /> Florida for a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-33 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the front setback, lot coverage and setback from wetlands requirements <br /> to allow the construction of a garage with a 20 foot front setback, a 9.1 foot setback from <br /> Popponesset Creek and 25% lot coverage for property located in an R-3 zoning district at <br /> 11 Taffrail Way(Map 106, Block 7)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 6 and March 13, 1998, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 25, 1998 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, Michael A. <br /> Makunas and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Michael Grotzke represented the applicant and presented plans for the <br /> construction of a garage to be located 9.1 feet from the top of a coastal bank. The Board <br /> was informed that the project had been approved by the Conservation Commission. <br />
