Young TR.). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 20 and March 27, 1998, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall at 7:30 P.M. <br /> on Wednesday, April 8, 1998 and continued on Aprif 22, 1998, at which times the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Cheryl <br /> A. Hawver, Robert G. Nelson and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Patrick M. Butler represented the applicant and reviewed plans for a <br /> proposed health club. Revised building and landscape plans were submitted in response to <br /> requests ftom the Design Review Committee which resulted in an increased buffer zone <br /> from Main St. and improvements in the building design. <br />
