Jordan - V-98-28 I Wilson's Grove <br /> Map 118 Block 101A <br /> A Petition was filed on February 27, 1998 by John I and Mary T. Jordan of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the lot coverage and setback requirements in an R-3 zoning district on <br /> property located at I Wilson's Grove(Map 118, Block 101A) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 3 and April 10, 1997, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 22, 1998 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Robert G. <br /> Nelson and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> IS& Jordan represented his application and informed the Board that he wished to <br /> add an addition to his home and required the variance in lot coverage and front setback <br /> requirements. An earlier permit for the expansion of the house expired before the work <br /> could commence. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
