Domolky - SP-98-72 26 Spoondrift Circle <br /> Map 111 Block 120 <br /> A Petition was filed on March 18, 1998 by George C. and Susan Y, Domolky of <br /> Wayland, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws for pernrission to expand a pre-existing non conforming dwelling with the addition of <br /> a swimming pool on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 26 Spoondrift Circle <br /> (Map I 11, Block 120) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 24 and May 1, 1998, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 13, 1998, at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. Hawver and Robert <br /> G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A; Section 6 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Engineer Michael Grotzke represented the applicant and reviewed plans for the <br /> addition of a swimming pool to the property. Comments were received ftom an abutter <br /> questioning the location of the pool and the Board was informed that the proposed plans <br /> meet the requirements of the Board of Health and the Conservation Commission. <br />
