Town ofNashpee <br /> 16 Great ffeck �koad Arth <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Variance <br /> RE: Charles Wilson V-98-95 87 Uncle Edwards Road <br /> Map 117 Block 211 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 6, 1998 by Charles Wilson of Sharon, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot <br /> coverage requirements to allow 26%lot coverage on property located in an R-3 zoiring <br /> district at 87 Uncle Edward's Road (Map 117, Block 211)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of <br /> record: Helen R. Alish.) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 3 and July 10, 1998, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 22, 1998, at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan HI, James M. Dorgan and Richard <br /> T. Guerrera. <br /> Several residents, including abutters, voiced their concerns regarding the proposed <br /> garage and lot coverage. Letters in opposition to the proposed construction were read. <br /> The Board took the application under advisement until August 12, 1998. <br /> At the Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 1998,the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan Irt, James M. <br /> Dorgan, Richard T. Gueffera and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br />
