Town qfMashpee <br /> 16 Great Xeck �koad Arth <br /> Nashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Variance <br /> RE: Michael McCue- V-98-98 130 Wheeler Road <br /> Map 49 Block 2 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 24, 1998 by Michael McCue of Yarmouthport, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-32 of the Zoning By-laws for permission <br /> to construct a single family dwelling on an unpaved road on property located in an R-5 <br /> zor�ing district at 130 Wheeler Road (Map 49, Block 2)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: <br /> Charles W. and Linda M. Kubler). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 3, 1998 and July 10, 1998, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, July 22, 1998 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan IR, James M. Dorgan and Robert <br /> G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. McCue represented his application and informed the Board that the subject lot <br /> is 250 feet from the paved surface of Wheeler Road. He stated that a fire hydrant is <br /> located close to the comer of the lot. No comments were received on the application. <br />
