SP 98-99 47 Industrial Drive <br /> Map 88 Block 23 <br /> A previous Petition was filed on June 25, 1998 by Media One of Wilmington, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.D,5 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to expand a cable television relay facility with a 1,456 square foot addition on <br /> property located in an 1-1 zoning district at 47 Industrial Drive (Map 88, Block 23) <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Mashpee Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on July 22, 1998 to grant a Special Permit. The Permit is subject to <br /> compliance with plans of Holmes and McGrath, Inc. revised May 27, 1998 and to a <br /> revised landscape plan approved by the Design Review Committee. <br /> In the letter received from Habeeb & Associates Architects, Inc., a request was <br /> made for a small revision to the Special Permit. As a result of a clerical error made by <br /> the architect, the square footage for the addition should have read 1,630 square feet <br /> instead of 1,456 square feet. <br /> At the Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 1998, the following members <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III,Robert <br /> G. Nelson and Richard T. Gueffera. <br /> David G. Sargent of Habeeb& Associates Architects, Inc. represented the <br /> application for the minor modification of the Special Permit. <br />
