Board of Appeals Minor Modification of Special Permit 2 <br /> MediaOne of Massachusetts, Inc. SP-98-99 <br /> FINDINGS <br /> General <br /> 1, the subject property is located in the Mashpee Industrial Park at 47 Industrial <br /> Drive and consists of 87,154 square feet. <br /> Special Permit Criteria <br /> Section 9 of Chapter 40A and Section 174-24.0 of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws <br /> require that the permit granting authority determine that the proposed use and <br /> development are consistent with applicable laws, rules and regulations; that there will be <br /> no adverse effect on public health or safety; that there will not be an excessive demand <br /> upon community facilities created as a result of the proposal; and that there will not be a <br /> significant adverse impact on the environmental factors listed in Section 174-24.C.2. <br /> Specific Findings <br /> 1. the request is made to correct a small clerical error of only 174 square feet. <br /> 2. the modification will not adversely affect the lot. <br /> 3. the modification will not adversely impact abutters by encroaching on setback <br /> requirements. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Mashpee Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on October 14, 1998 to grant a Special Permit. The Permit is subject to <br /> compliance with plans of Holmes and McGrath, Inc. <br />
