(Owner of record: Turks Head Realty Trust.) <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 24 and July 31, 1998, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 12, 1998, at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan In, James M. Dorgan, <br /> Richard T. Gueffera and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> . This decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the applicant with a detailed outline of <br /> remarks and issues. He stated that the property consists of two separate lots totaling <br /> approximately 2.5 acres of land with a combined frontage of 500 square feet along Route <br /> 151. It is bordered on the easterly, westerly and northerly sides by land owned by the <br /> Town of Mashpee. <br /> A drive around the back of the building to the lower level wifl accommodate a <br /> three-car garage, storage space, office area and embalming rooms. A three-chapel <br /> complex, along with additional office space and a viewing room is planned on the first <br /> level of the building. <br />
