Iovino SP-98-108 302 Main Street <br /> Map 36 Block 37 <br /> A Petition was filed on July 8, 1998 by Pier L. lovino of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Special Permit under Section 174-17 for the expansion of a pre-existing, non- <br /> conforming cottage on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 302 Main Street (Map <br /> 36 Block 37)Mashpee,,MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 24 and July 31, 1998, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 12, 1998, at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan In, James M. Dorgan, <br /> Richard T. Guerrera and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> 1W. lovino represented his application stating that he purchased the property with <br /> three existing buildings consisting of a main house, a cottage and a garage. He has made <br /> improvements to all three structures and proposes to make further enhancements to the <br /> property. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
