Capelotti SP-98-106 8 Seconsett Point Road <br /> Map 119 Block 109 <br /> A Petition was filed on June 22, 1998 by Richard L. and Jane M. Capelotti of <br /> Hyannis, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-20 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to demolish an existing cottage and build a single-family <br /> dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 8 Seconsett Point Road (Map <br /> 119 Block 109)Mashpee, MA, <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 24 and July 31, 1998, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 12, 1998, at which time the following members of the Board of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan III, James M. Dorgan, <br /> Richard T. Guerrera and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Capelotti represented their application with plans to demolish an <br /> existing cottage and build a single-family home with an attached two-car garage. They <br /> stated that a Title V Septic System has been installed. The Building Inspector has <br /> reviewed and approved the plans. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
