(Owner of record: Douglas R. Crosby, Tr.) <br /> Notice was duty given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 7 and August 14, 1998, a copy <br /> of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, August 26, 1998, at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan 111, James M. <br /> Dorgan and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> David Sanicki of Cape&Islands Engineering represented the applicant with plans <br /> for construction of a two-bedroom home. The applicant has been granted a Variance to <br /> deviate from front and side setback and lot coverage requirements. The Board agreed that <br /> he proposed improvements will be far superior to the existing dwelling. No comments <br /> ere received from abutters. <br />
