Board of Appeals Prime Properties Limited Partnership SP-98-124 2 <br /> FINDINGS <br /> Gener <br /> 1. the subject property is located at 583 Great Hay Road and contains <br /> approximately 22,277 square feet, <br /> Special Permit Criteri <br /> Section 174-17 of the Mashpec Zoning By-laws and Massachusetts General Law <br /> Chapter 40A, Chapter 6, require a finding that the extension, alteration or change sha not <br /> be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing non-conforming <br /> use. <br /> Specific Findings <br /> 1. due to the moving of the location of the road, the lot size has to be modified. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Board of Appeals found that the applicant <br /> met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made <br /> and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on September 23, 1998 to grant <br /> the Special Permit, referencing the plan of Quashnet Valley Country Club Area C -Phase <br /> 3 Modification Subdivision of Plan in Mashpee, Massachusetts for Anthony I LaCava, <br /> Trustee, dated May 28, 1998. <br />
