Dorgan.
This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the
provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of
Mashpee Zoning By-laws.
Mr. Kenneth Marsters represented the applicant, Anthony I LaCava, Trustee.
He stated that Great Hay Road was shifted approximately eight feet in order to remain on
Mi. LaCava's property, This was done to avoid an issue over ownership between the
Town and Mr. LaCava. When the road was relocated, approximately a total of 200
square feet was removed from a corner of the lot. Mr. Marsters indicated that the
Planning Board has seen the proposed plans, Mr. Allan Morris, a resident, expressed
concerns about headlights shining into his living room with the road being moved. Mr.
Govoni stated that Town plans to complete the road will proceed regardless of the
applicant's request for Special Permits. No other comments were received from abutters.
