Board of Appeals Prime Properties Limited Partnership SP-98-125 2 <br /> FINDINGS <br /> General <br /> 1. the subject property is located at 3 Snead Drive and contains 16,293 square <br /> feet. <br /> Special Permit Criteria <br /> Section 174-17 of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws and Mass. General Law Chapter <br /> 40A, Chapter 6, require a finding that the extension, alteration or change shafl not be <br /> substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing non-conforming use, <br /> Specific Findings <br /> 1. due to the moving of the location of the road, the lot size has to be modified. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Board of Appeals found that the applicant <br /> met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made <br /> and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on September 23, 1998 to grant <br /> the Special Permit, referencing the plan of Quashnet Valley Country Club Area C -Phase <br /> 3 Modification Subdivision of Plan in Mashpee, Massachusetts for Anthony I LaCava, <br /> Trustee, dated May 28, 1998. <br />
