Town qfMashpee <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS 16 Great Veck q�pad dVorth <br /> Decision for a Special Permit Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> RE: Todd Sullivan SP-98-152 66 Red Brook Road <br /> Map 110 Block 58A <br /> A Petition was filed on November 2, 1998 by Todd Sullivan of Canton, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to demolish an existing structure, construct a three-bedroom dwelling and <br /> convert an existing cottage into a storage shed on property located in an R-3 zoning <br /> district at 66 Red Brook Road(Map I 10 Block 5 8A), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General <br /> Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 20 and <br /> November 27, 1998, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, December 9, 1998, at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M, Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. John Slavinsky of Cape& Islands Engineering represented the applicant who <br /> proposes to construct a new family dwelling on the property, Mr. Slavinsky informed the <br /> Board that plans include the installation of a well on the property. The existing cottage <br /> will be used only as a storage shed. The existing storage shed will be demolished after <br /> completion of the project. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br />
