Board of Appeals Little River Boatyard - SP-97-08 3. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on <br /> January 22, 1997 to grant the Special Permit subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. the applicant will provide proper evergreen screening from the abutter per the <br /> recommendations of the Design Review Committee. <br /> 2. the applicant shall post a bond of$300 for landscape work <br /> 3. the applicant shall maintain a setback of at least 15' from the abutters <br /> 4. the hours of the operation of the forklift will be 8 A.M. to 7 P.M. <br /> 5. the applicant shall comply with the Fire Department regulations on perimeter berms on <br /> MDC drains <br /> 6. the portable racks are limited to the location stated on the plans <br /> 7. the Special Permit requires compliance with NFPA 303 Chapter 5-2.3 In-Out Dry <br /> Storage or Rack Storage, requested by the Fire Department and the maintenance of <br /> the 50' buffer between the rack and any existing building and a 15 foot clearance <br /> around the back side of the racks. <br /> 8. the Special Permit is conditioned upon compliance with Plan #112096 of Cape& <br /> Islands Engineering dated November 20, 1996. <br />
