Kraft of Boston, <br /> Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Sections 174-17, 174-25.A.2, 174-25.A.8 and <br /> 174-25.H.6 for the consolidation and conversion of two principal residential structures <br /> into a single residential structure with the identical number of bedrooms and kitchen <br /> facilities on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 16 Popponesset Island Road <br /> (Map 105, Block 265) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 7, 1997 and February 14, <br /> 1997, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, February 26, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, James E. <br /> Regan III and Cheryl A. Hawver. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin M. Kirrane represented the applicant and presented plans for the <br /> removal of two existing structures and replacement with a two-story structure with the <br /> same number of bedrooms and kitchen facilities. He informed the Board that the septic <br /> system will be replaced with a Title V denitrification system. Correspondence was <br /> received from an abutter in favor of the application. <br />
