Board of Appeals Robert K. Kraft - SP-97-20 3. 5. the site is both adequate and suitable for the proposed use and provides adequate land area for parking. The Applicant proposes the elimination of the current access driveway and will access the premises from an existing driveway on an abutting parcel. 6. the proposed reconstruction has been approved by the Conservation Commission. 7. the proposed use will not have any adverse impact on public health or safety; create excessive demand on community facilities; or adversly impact ground water quality, traffic flow or wildlife habitat. For the foregoing reasons the Board determined that the applicant met the criteria necessary to grant a Special Permit. The Board found that the proposed reconstruction would not be a detriment to the neighborhood and that the proposed structure, its location on the lot and the intended use comply with the general provisions set forth within the By- laws. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board of Appeals voted unanimously on February 26, 1997 to grant the Special Permit. The Permit is conditioned upon compliance with plans of Holmes & McGrath Engineers revised February 10, 1997 and elevation drawings of A.E. Ferragamo dated February 26, 1997.
