The Applicant proposes the elimination of the
current access driveway and will access the premises from an existing driveway
on an abutting parcel.
6. the proposed reconstruction has been approved by the Conservation
Commission.
7. the proposed use will not have any adverse impact on public health or safety;
create excessive demand on community facilities; or adversly impact ground
water quality, traffic flow or wildlife habitat.
For the foregoing reasons the Board determined that the applicant met the criteria
necessary to grant a Special Permit.
