D ' <br /> Town o Mashpee <br /> 16 CreatNeck load North <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> Decision for a Variance <br /> RE: Michael DeDecko - V-97-21 41 Coombs Road <br /> Map 44 Block 27 <br /> A Petition was filed on February 6, 1997 by Michael DeDecko of Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts for a Variance from Section 174-32 of the Zoning By-laws to allow the <br /> construction of a single family dwelling on an unpaved road on property located in an R-3 <br /> zoning district at 41 Coombs Road (Map 44, Block 27)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: <br /> Roosevelt and Pearl Watson). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 21, 1997 and February 28, <br /> 1997, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, March 12, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and James M. Dorgan. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-32 <br /> of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. DeDecko represented his Petition and informed the Board that the subject <br /> road had several houses which had already been built. He had reviewed his plans with the <br /> Fire Department and stated that they had no objections to the proposed construction. No <br /> comments were received from abutters. <br />
