(Owner of record: Leann B. Tibets). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A, Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 4 and April 11, 1997, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, April 23, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. and on Wednesday, May 14, 1997 at which times <br /> the following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Edward M. Govoni, Cheryl A. Hawver and Michael A. Makunas. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and Section 174-31 <br /> of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Tibets represented his application and presented plans for the construction of a <br /> second floor deck over an existing garage. He informed the Board that his home was built <br /> in 1950 before any zoning. No comments were received from abutters. <br />
