r <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> �y 16 GreatNeck load Arth <br /> •�y`..J�t" <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Decision for a Special Permit <br /> Cape Cod Coffee - Coffee Roasters Outlet SP-97-37 348 Main St. <br /> Map 36 Block 51 <br /> A Petition was filed on April 3, 1997 by Cape Cod Coffee/ Coffee Roasters Outlet <br /> for a Special Permit under Section 174-25.E.1 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to <br /> operate a retail store on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 348 Main St. (Map 36, <br /> Block 51) Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Demos Young TR. Special Permit 94-34 <br /> granted for this use had expired. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> ' Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on April 25, 1997 and May 2, 1997, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, May 14, 1997, at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were resent and actin throughout: Edward M. Govoni James M. Dorgan and Robert <br /> F, P g g g <br /> G. Nelson. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and the Town of <br /> I d' Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Demos Young represented the application and explained that the earlier permit had <br /> expired and that the retail store was now completed for the sale of coffee and coffee- <br /> making appliances, brewing machines, filters and samples of coffee. No comments were <br /> received from abutters. <br />
