SP-97-45 7 Ryan's Way <br /> Map 67 Block 74 <br /> A Petition was filed by Cooke's - Mashpee, Inc. on May 30, 1997 for a Special <br /> Permit under Sections 174-51B (formerly 174-51D) and 174-551 (revised) of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for a 5' x 8' freestanding sign and a 30"x 36' back-lit building sign on property <br /> located in a C-I zoning district at 7 Ryan's Way(Map 67, Block 74)Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Owner of record: James G. Haidas Etal Trustees). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 6 and June 13, 1997, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, June 25, 1997 at 7:30 P.M. at which time the following members of the <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: James E. Regan 111, Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> This Decision is issued by the Mashpee Board of Appeals pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Section 174-51B <br /> and 174-55.F of the Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Myer Singer represented the applicant and informed the Board that the <br /> applicant is requesting a permit for a 5' x 8' freestanding sign which will be lit from the <br /> ground and a 30"x 36' sign on the building which will be back-lit. He explained that the <br /> signs have been approved by the Design Review Committee. No comments were received <br /> from abutters. <br />
