The Board found that the proposed signage will provide clear identification of
the site and the proposed lighting will not produce excessive glare.
7. The Board found that the granting of a Special Permit would not be
detrimental to the neighborhood or to the Town and that the use is in harmony
with the general purpose and intent of the Zoning By-laws.
Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted unanimously to
grant the Special Permit for the two signs. The Permit is conditioned upon compliance
with the sign location in the landscape plan 96-176 of Down Cape Engineering Inc. dated
June 23, 1996.
